Q1: Could I print my own brand/ logo on the goods? A: Sure, of course, OEM printing logo is welcomed based on MOQ. Please show Brand Licensing and provide original logo file.
Q2: Why do the color in eyeshadow palette look different than the photos line ? A: We take photographs of the exact palette and makeup being sold. There are many factors that could slightly change the color of your palette when compared to the online photo. This includes your computer monitor settings, lighting, and sometimes even personal preferences.
Q3: Which shipping way is available and how to track? A: By sea to your nearest port By air to your nearest airport By express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS)to your door When your order shipping out . we will provide you a tracking number, then you can check the status of the goods.
Q4: My package has missing products. What should I do? A: Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together, at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveniences!
Q5: If got broken products in my order . What should I do? A: Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal ,if it is over than 3% ,please send pictures in time ,we will compensate at your next order .
Q6: How can I pay for order? A: We accept Bank Transfer, Western Union or Escrow for payment. 30% deposit is allowed for mass production.
